Just Hazel, mostly because it's a word. But also because I have problems with the other spellings. Hazell reminds me of H...ell, and seems like both syllables would have equal stress like in Tyrell. Hazelle or Hazele looks like it should be rhymed with gazelle. But Hazell and Hazelle are usable, just very antique-looking. If Hazyl were a usual variant, I might guiltily like it. But since it's not ... nah. There's Hazle, which is awful.I think Halie would work as a nn, or Hezzie. They would be less of a stretch than Ellie or Zel, IMO. But it does not need a nick. It's very tidy as it is and any nick except Haze seems a little try-hard.
