Piera
What do you think of Piera? Could it work on someone with no Italian heritage?

I think it's beautiful. I'm definitely considering it to use myself.

I think it's beautiful and lilting and ethereal. It can certainly work on a non-Italian.

Wow, Piera is lovely. It completely flew under my radar. Just lovely and I don't see why it couldn't be used without an Italian background.

I really like it. I think it would work fine on someone with no Italian heritage-- it's similar enough to Pierre that it almost gives me a French vibe (but not quite)... anyway I don't think it would sound out-of-place on a non-Italian. It has a cute side and a mature side, and it's a very friendly sounding name overall.

I want to say PIER uh or pee AIR uh, not PYE rah like it says here. I guess it could work, but not where I am, since people probably wouldn't know how to say it.

The only Piera I've known of in real life pronounced it like pee-AIR-uh, and this Forvo submission seems close to that:http://www.forvo.com/word/piera/So I might be a bit more inclined to that pronunciation than the on BtN has listed. I'm not even sure which pronunciation I think sounds the nicest, to be honest.

Woah, I didn't even look at the pronunciation BtN has listed. I definitely like pee-AIR-uh more than any of the others.
