Well since -doc names are generally Welsh, and supposedly -oc could be a diminutive suffix (see Madoc), and based on Megan and Bethan being Welsh diminutives for females ...
Which almost certainly doesn't hold water as far as real Welsh is concerned, but whatever, you're inventing...
you could try making it Meriadan. Or Meriaden (a la Briallen) since -en just seems more Welsh.
