Alexia. I love it. It's not as harsh as Alexa or Alexandra, nicer sounding than Alexis. Alessia is even more beautiful. Alexia just flows nicely phonetically and I like it. My next pick would be Alexandra, even though I know so many people with that name. Then Alexis, then Alexa.
