From your list, I'd go with Jethro or Harry, though neither is a favorite of mine.
Max is way too popular. I saw someone did a study of all the Max forms, Maximillan, Maxwell, Maxim, Maxus, as one name and it pushes it within the top 10 or 20.
I don't care for Taj at all.
I prefer Zane also, but wasn't Zane the slave of Mohammed? Also Zane/Zain has a very trendy sound. Even if that name itself isn't trending, it sounds like names that are trending.
