HelpRe: Make a set of ten using the names

Don't worry about making them all go together. Any selection of ten is going to have a few themey pairs/trips, and a few clashes and oddballs. The more random they are, the less it matters - remember, every name belongs to only one person, not a tenth of a set. My method is to eliminate the names I'd least like to be called myself. I like all the names on the above list, and I hate many of the others so this was easy for me.
