Kelsey is KEL-see. I've never heard KEL-sih. Cary and Carey are different to me. Cary is CA-ree. Carey is CARE-ee. It's a really hard pronunciation difference for me to explain in words, as I've determined that the A-sound I use in Cary is not natural in a lot of people's accents. It's the A-sound of a not r-controlled vowel even though there's an R. Kerry is KERR-ee. I think this three names are the same as marry, Mary and merry where some pronounce 'em all the same, some pronounce 'em all different, and some are somewhere in between.
