It could be either!!
The "lee" ending doesn't make it sound like a girl's name to me cos Lee is a boy's name. If I saw/heard Galilee I'd totally be like, "Boy or girl??"
I think I like the name :) I think it's kind of too unusual for me to use, but it's cool!
