In real life, I've only met a BJ (Bernard Joseph), and on tv, I've seen BJ, PJ, DJ, JT, CC.
I'm not sure if I'd ever use one, but sometimes everyone else gives the nn. _ J seems to be the most common, and I'd also be fine with DD, CC, GG (sounds like Gigi), KC.
