I have such trouble thinking of B names I like, but I'd like combos that would make the child's initials BETH (my dearest cousin is Bethany, my last name starts with H).
At any rate, either today or tomorrow, I'll probably be posting a part two asking for opinions on specific names and combos.

I'm actually really leaning towards Emmaus for a boy and Ever for a girl as middles. Though I'd much rather dh go for Hosanna as a fn.
