I really dislike Iva. If anything, it's worse than Ivy - sounds like "I've a ..." .
Celeste is rather pretentious as well as sentimental, and the only one I knew (a former colleague) scorned and despised it and insisted on being called Sally. Or was she a secret Celine? Can't recall, but the principle is the same.
I like Greta and would use it with Carolynn happily (except I'd never put the second -n on Carolyn, but I'm sure you have your reasons). It also avoids the double-C initials you'd get with Celeste Carolynn, which might lead to CC as a nn at some point.
Babies being what they are, be aware that she might well emerge looking like a Janet or a Jemima!
