Most people in this board would call me absolutely crazy but I think Charleston with Charlie as a nickname could work for a girl. Toni or Tony could also be nicknames for a girl names Charleston.
After all, there were 22 girls names Charleston in 2013. So, it's not really popular (if you're into names that are not on the popularity list).

Apparently we are in the minority! I didn't expect such forceful distaste. But, good to know nevertheless.
