I pronounce it THAL-ee-uh, but it's one of those names where I would want to ask for clarification. I know one Thalia, a Spanish speaker, and she pronounces it tah-LEE-uh. I'd intuitively pronounce Thaleia as tha-LAY-uh, so if that's the pronunciation you're going for, I think it's clearer that way.

I don't like the name much, probably because ambiguous pronunciations are a turn off for me.
