HelpRe: Ephraim and others

Ephraim is an amazing name and should be used much more often than it is.
Branum - All I see is a misspelling of Barnum. I like the Bran- sound though.
Jowan - I like uncommon JO- names for boys but I've never heard of this one before. It's got a nice sound but it looks sort of made up. I know it's not but it's similarity to Rowan lends itself to that appearance.
Swithin - It's 'within' with an S. It looks like a typo.
Zorion - I'd prefer just Orion. The Z makes it a bit odd for me. Like it's trying too hard to be cool.
Janvier - I love this and would use it.
Reynald / Reynold - It sounds so elderly to me. I can't imagine this one on a child. Unless their nickname is Rey, then it's cute and I could get behind that.
