I like this combo much better than with Gilliland.

Roland Josiah Ariel is quite incredible, actually! I like how Ariel softens the whole combo.
Someone else suggested Errol farther down somewhere. What about Roland Josiah Errol or Roland Josiah Erol. You would still get the R and L, but knock off one syllable/sound to shorten it a bit. And with one r it means brave, which is cool and could easily lend itself to a theme Bible verse.

YES!This is nice!!I love all three names together. The Josiah Ariel part makes me swoon, so soft but handsome at the same time!

I'm not keen on the two ah sounds squashed together at the end of Josiah and start of Ariel... they kind of blend into one and become a mush. Roland Ariel Josiah I think is nicer, but it's sad to drop Gilliland. It's so cool and you have a great excuse to use it!

Roland Josiah Your Maiden Name, I think. My second grandson has two middle names, the second one being his mother's maiden name. Go for it. Much better than Ariel. That sounds so feminine.
