Sabrina is very pretty and sparkly. I think Gabrielle and especially Veronica do go very nicely with it as sisters.
Hermione, I think, is ugly, even uglier than Emma, which I can't stand. I don't know as I'd call Hermione Granger (if that's who you're thinking of) a good role model; she's a fictional character, and has magic powers to back her up. And Hermione especially doesn't sound like Sabrina's sister. Also, Sabrina the Teenage Witch is pretty well known so I'd try to avoid such an obviously pop-culture witchy theme.
