Why as a first name? Aniston sounds fine as surnames go but, for me, there's nothing here that sounds appealing as something to call a person. Certainly doesn't feel at all feminine to me on paper; "town" and the name Anson both come to mind, so the only feminine association is the actress herself. If they love the actress, or if it's a family name for them, why not give it as a middle name? The child could still choose to go by it later, if it turns out she loves it/the actress as much as her parents.
