I think the Naomy spelling will be problematic, but the parents will learn that soon enough. It's a beautiful name. Still, if I could, I'd tweak the combo to Naomi Serafina Marie. ;-)

I'm not crazy about Naomi, but it's better than a lot of names being used for girls nowadays, so I don't really disapprove, despite the Naomy spelling. The spelling is definitely not an improvement, though, I must say.

I think Naomy is fine. Would have preferred Naomi, but yeah..it's fine. Don't like Marie or Fina though. Fina means something along the lines of beautiful/nice in Swedish, so I can't really see it as a name.

Makes me thinks it rhymes with "my oh my" versus being pronounced as Naomi.

Yes, that spelling will cause needless annoyances. Nice combo though.
