My birth year was also '92. My first name Lia was not in the top 1000, but my middle name Ellen was at 217.
My new middle name would be Alayna which I think is very pretty though I prefer it spelt Alaina.
For my first name I've just pick any name I like that is not in the top 1000, so I chose Liesel.
I really like this combo, but as I mentioned before I would use Alaina instead of Alayna.

Well, I've looked at the ranking of Lia in 1992 and it was in 1082nd place. I've looked around for a name which is in 1082nd place or close to that and from that, you now have:
Ellis Alayna
(Well, Ellis is in 1081st place along with Aubriana, Elora, Romina and Tinley but technically it's in 1082nd place)
Now I'm not sure which one I like best. :|
