Shaw and Hart aren't my favorites. But then again, I tend to not care for more surname sound names.
Damon, I like. It's sounds strong and it's not overly popular.
I like Azaela. I tend to pronounce it with only 3 syllables, ah-ZAYL-ya. However, of your two options, I think A-ZAY-lee-ah is the most obvious other pronunciation.
