I think a British Caucasian child might be able to pull off Rei, Mio, Akira, Akane, and Ryou. Mio is similar to Mia, which is popular at the moment, and Rei is pronounced like Ray. Akira and Akane don't sound terribly unfamiliar to an English speaker. Ryou maybe a little difficult to pronounce correctly, but it is the most usable for an English child living in Britain. While some of the others are nice, I would expect the bearer of those names to be Japanese.
