Argh! I hate that!
I don't watch Glee, but the names of those characters are pretty anachronistic - the names are very current. Megan in Mad Men (born in ~1940 Canada), and Skyler on Breaking Bad (born ~1970 US) bother me as well! They weren't in the top 1000 when they were born.
Sometimes sentences don't end the way you think they salad.
