Alistair vs Jasper?
Silas, Hugo & Jasper or Silas, Hugo & Alistair? For grown brothers. I was looking for vintage yet uncommon asnd "rustic" types of names. I feel these names fit my requirements effortlessly.Which name do you prefer and which fits better?

Jasper. Alistair is not rustic, it's stuffy and rarified.

I think Alistair goes better with the other two names, even though it's a syllable longer. I mainly don't think Hugo & Jasper sound like brothers. In fact, I think the better sibset would be Silas, Alistair & Jasper.

I like both, but I would choose Jasper. It fits better with Silas and Hugo.

Honestly I would categorize these names as upper crust and definitely not rustic. I'd pick Jasper with this set though.

Hugo and Alistair I'd say are upper crust, Silas could go either way (Duck Dynasty effect, maybe), and Jasper as rugged.

I prefe Alastair but Jasper goes better with Silas and Hugo.

Jasper, but if I could change Alistair to Alasdair then I'd 100% go with Alasdair

I prefer Alistair by far, Jasper really isn't my thing. But as a sibset Silas, Hugo and Jasper is better.

I prefer Alistair to Jasper (though I love both names!), but as sibsets I think Silas, Hugo & Jasper fits better.
