1.) If I was going to honor a loved one whose name I didn't like I would name the child Patience, as opposed to Patricia.
2.) I'd name the child of the blended family Poppy, Iris, Oliver, or Max.
3.) Stereotypical is a bit hard for me, I'm a weird combo of things. In the end though, I'll always be a farmer's daughter. My stereotypically named kids would be Katie Iris and James Michael. All inspired by my childhood friends and neighbors.
4.) Pearl, Louis, and Sylvie without taking into account middle names.
