Toby Hector is good. I think my husband will really like Hector and our favorite book from the Bible is Tobit.
I also love Noel, Emil, and Leo.
I hadn't thought of Ines and Vera might be especially good as it's a family name. Nina Elspeth is super sweet, but I couldn't get my husband to go for Elspeth with our first.
