I assume it's actually a combination of "sea" + "belle," likely meaning "beautiful sea" but it does remind me of Sabella. I'm not sure what to think of Seabelle. I don't think I like it. It also sort of sounds like a hippy name: Seabelle Nebula and her sister Blueskye Peridot.
