Graysen, Nolan and Owen are too similar. I much prefer Graysen, Nolan and Finley =)

I think it depends. Both are great names, but adding another Owen makes an obvious -en/an sounding ending for all the boys. If you don't mind the rhyming, in a way, then that's fine. If it bothers you, Finley would be better.
