Siblings
Today our local paper ran an obit for a lady named Pauline Marguerite, who went by Polly. OK, fine. Her daughter, Mandy, has these children: Dackota (not a typo, as it was repeated later), Weslyn, Kaileigh and Rebel.I think this set of siblings takes the cake. Except for Kaileigh, I can't even guess at the genders. Your thoughts?

If I was feeling depressed, I think I'd see them as an illustration of the decline of civilisation!Pauline Marguerite, nn Polly, is lovely and her parents clearly went to some trouble working it out and getting it right. Then Polly went trendy and the result was, presumably, Amanda, nn Mandy, which is Over-ambitious fading into Awful. And poor Mandy, instead of returning to the austere beauty of her ancestors, had to go and fall into the syrup. Like the sweets in Terry Pratchett: Contain Only 100% Artificial Ingredients.Oh well, Dackota et al. probably can't sink much lower. Perhaps the next generation will go back to the classics.

Hi !!!!Pauline "Polly" is fine.
Mandy isn't good: too nickname-y.Dackota, Weslyn, Kaileigh and Rebel. The only one I like is Rebel...
Yes, it isn't a normal given name..
But the others are horrible variants. So I prefer Rebel.Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
