Beatrice. They're both fine but I like Bea / Bee better than Dot or Dotty.

I like Dorothy, but since I named my daughter Beatrice, the choice is easy.

Can't decide. I find them both awful (sorry).

I knew of two sisters named Beatrice and Dorothy at a daycare center I worked at a few years ago, ages 4 and 2. I like Dorothy better than Beatrice but only marginally since they are both great.

100% BeatriceBut I'd choose Dorothea over Beatrice. Thea is a great nn. Bea is also cute but not as much as Thea.I always have a tough time choosing between Beatrice and Beatrix.Dottie and Dot are cute nn's but they also work for Dorothea.

DorothyI don't love Dorothy, but I don't hate it the way I do Beatrice. Beatrice = beets yuk. Besides, you can call a Dorothy Dorrie, which I kind of like.

Dorothyfor sure. So lively, and there's something about the balance of Dorothy that I love. Also, she's fun on her own, yet has potential cute nicknames like Dot(tie).I don't understand the appeal of Beatrice at all.

Dorothy. Beatrice is ass.

Oh! tough one. I think I would go with Dorothy, but only because Dot is like the most ridiculously cute nickname ever. Also, it is less hipster than Beatrice right now. Beatrix or Beatriz though... I think those would win over Dorothy.

Dorothy......though Beatrice is lovely.

BeatriceDespite not being my favourite variant, I still quite like Beatrice. Plus after hearing Beatrice on the most adorable little girl on a TV show I've grown to like it more. Dorothy is nice enough, but feels a touch dated.
