I also love Maximiliane, Maximiliana and Maxima. But I think Maximilia is my favourite.

I'm not a fan. I think it's because "Maximilian" was the go-to, cheap-shot, cliche joke name for a rich little boy for so long. I do like the nn Millie, but any of the Max- nicknames might bring maxi pads to mind.

I prefer just Maxima.

I really like it, Max and Millie would both be great nn's. Maxie, Lia, and Mia are also fairly nice nn's.

For female forms of Max- I prefer Maxine but this is probably my second favorite. Maximiliana is probably my 3rd favorite.

I like both spellings but I think that I prefer Maximilia. It's a tough choice and I keep flip-flopping since Maximillia also looks so nice. Like right now after editing I think that I prefer the double L's.

Coincidentally, I stumbled upon Maximiliane yesterday and haven't stopped thinking about it since. I think it's gorgeous!

It sounds pretty. Maxxy / Maxie is also a cute nickname. I prefer Maxine though.

I think it's super over the top and I don't like Max much at all (not even on a boy)

Maximilia with just one l looks better, but I prefer Maxima or Maximiliana.
