To be honest, I think only one of them will work really well in real life (they would all work well on a character) and that is Elmina. It's actually really cute and she could even go by Ellie or Mina.

Saranda - yes, too close to 'surrender'
Mirissa - a lifetime of 'No, not Marissa, Mirissa!'
Honiara - not bad or anything but doesn't sound very nice to me
Dimona - 'demon'
Taormina - hard to say and kind of weird
Sirmione - it's kind of cute but doesn't really work for me
