I don’t know. I’ve heard the Eglish word used kind of negatively. Like, “I went to the store, and it was a total saga”. Meaning it was a nightmare, or at least a bigger struggle than it needed to be.I’m also not big on the sound.

Ordeal! Ordeal is the word I was trying to think of.

I do! It's an old Scandinavian name with literary connotations. I think it fits best with another nordic classic.Saga Gudrun
Saga Ingmar
Saga Ingeborg

never thought about it before...what a cool name. i like how the English word comes from the original name. i think i would seriously consider using it if not for a comic series i really dislike being called that.

Hi Perrine !!I really like this name.
It has 8/10 in my list.As I'm not from Scandinavia maybe I hsve a strange thought about it...But I really like the sound and the link with 'story' is a nice and important tie imo.

It makes me think of Saga Norén, the character in the Swedish/Danish TV series, The Bridge. In theory, I like it, but the word saga could be an issue!

Hate the sound.

Reminds me a bit too much of the English word... The meaning is nice, but I personally would hesitate to use it.
