When I was new here I used to have the same problem.
Infact I live in Italy where middle names are very rare so I was very surprised that was so common and users were so skilled to do them.
But day by day I collect many stunning names using the PNL (every name can be added in your personal list) so when someone asks for some combos I usually use my favourites.
I also make combos based on the sound: I avoid allitterations or maybe two nicknames paired and I care for the flow makes the combo neither too long or too short using a long+short name or the opposite.
The meaning is important for me but it is still hard to pair names using their meaning.
It is not as difficult as you could think: if you have a Personal Name List and you read many posts so you will come across many names and after choose if they flows well with your favourites!
