Maura and Felicia
Two names that have been on my mind. Thoughts?

I like both and think they go well together.

I prefer Mara to Maura because Maura, to me, sounds like MOOR-Uh, which sounds pretty but it sounds like the surname Moore. Maura is still pretty, and Felicia sounds nice but a bit old fashion and the Bye Felicia meme makes it seem like a joke to me. Which is sad, because Felicia is a pretty name. I think I prefer Felicity to Felicia, though.

I also love Mara, as well as Amara. :-)The meme put me off from Felicia for a long time but I’ve been playing a game with a character named Felicia in it and so it’s been growing on me. Thanks for the feedback!

Hi peonini !!!Maura and Felicia are "dated" names here in Italy. I can see them on women born about in years 1950s and 1960s. In Italian they are pronounced MOW-ra and fe-LEE-cha.

I like Maura a lot. It is cute, not too complex and sounds balanced (not too soft, not too rough).
Felicia sounds outdated. I prefer Felice (french pronunciation).

OK I suppose, but I much prefer Moira and Felicity.
