I like Annabelle, and prefer this spelling. It's a little frilly, but that's part of her charm.
I don't think it fits particularly well with your other kids' names - plain Anna has a more classic feel that "goes" better IMO.
Don't care for Nan at all, and if I were planning to call her Anne most of the time I'd just make Anne the given name. Or would it just be an occasional nickname?
Ignoring your other kids' names, I'd name a twin something else with a little frill... Annabelle & Lucia, Annabelle & Juliette, Annabelle & Madeleine
Taking your other kids into account, I'd go with something pretty and classic: Annabelle & Victoria, Annabelle & Katherine, Annabelle & Sarah
