Elisa is nice enough as a nickname for Elizabeth, and it's cool on its own too, but Elina is more fun and more substantial.

Both are lovely and I could actually see myself using Elisa (or Elise), however, Elina seems really fresh in my mind.

Elisa is prettier and... "lacier" (dainty and delicate but not frilly)?
Elina is also good, it's a little more practical/versatile, and I like the relation to Elin, Ellen, etc.
The one problem with Elisa is that I only like the English pronunciation, and it could easily be mistaken for other pronunciations or names with similar spellings like Eliza or Elissa.

Elisa, not so keen on -ina endings.

Elina. It's been a favorite of mine for ages, and I simply dislike -lisa names as they sound too childish to me.

I like Elisa better than Elina although they’re both pretty and surprisingly underused.I prefer Elisa because I love the nn Elsie and Elsa, even though Elisa doesn’t really need a nickname.
Also, the s on the last syllable is pleasant to my ears in contrast to the popularity of NA ending girl names. I find Elisa refreshing.

Elisa, sounds prettier

Elina (eh-LEE-nə / eh-LEE-na). While Eliza is a lovely name, the spelling Elisa makes me want to pronounce it eh-LEE-sə.

Although both are nice, I prefer the sound of 'Elina' more. I guess I'm more drawn to the 'na' ending as opposed to the 'sa'
Elina has more beauty

Hi Remora L !!!I prefer Elina.
Elina seems elegant but also exotic and fascinating. I mean that I can see Elina both on a lively, sweet girl and on a gifted secret agent (or a spy). Elisa is just colourless, flat and boring. Way too common and overused here in Italy. Elsa is much better.
