There's a thousand combos similar to it that you could make. I've been having some fun trying to come up with some.
I think it technically *could* be considered a little bit etymologically redundant -- and it would bother me if I looked up the meanings of my names, and found they both might have the same root.
But I also think it doesn't seem that likely that Adeline came from Adelheidis ... It seems to me more likely to be related to Adallindis / Ethelinda. Heidi Adelaide would be unmistakably redundant, in a way Heidi Adeline is not.
