Three male names: Janvier, Ottaviano, Arkady
In the past week, I've become enamored of Janvier, Ottaviano, and Arkady. I love the elusive urbanity of Janvier, the baroque musicality of Ottaviano, and Arkady's edenic evocations. This excites me because I rarely fall in love with male names. What do you think of Janvier, Ottaviano, and Arkady?I may add combos later.

I really like all three of these. Janvier sounds so much fresher than the more common Javier. Ottaviano has an almost classical or Ancient Roman feel to it. And Arkady is one of my favorite Russian/Slavic names.

I like Arkady & Ottaviano. Arkady is one of my favorite Russian masculine names. It's pure, idealistic and noble-sounding, reminds me of Russian literature.Ottaviano sounds very melodious and musical to me. I love the Fabio Ottaviano combo.

It was an adventure reading them together like that because of the gear switching between accents.
Arkady reads Polish to me, Arkadiy would be more indicative of Russian pronunciation. It's an okay name but I don't really see the appeal.
Janvier I can get behind. I'm not bothered by month names and it sounds very nice.
Ottaviano seems too elaborate to me. It kind of looks like someone smooshed Otto and Octavian together and then stuck an "o" to it for an added flourish. I know that's basically slander against this name but that's the way it feels to me.

Janvier - love the sound but it's January in French, so I can't get past that.
Ottaviano - I can't really decide.. it's kinda cool, and I love that you could still use Otto as a nickname
Arkady - really really cool. It's one of those names that I wish I had married someone Russian so I could use it lol

Janvier isn’t really my type, I prefer Javier. Ottaviano is just a more pretentious Ottavio. Arkady, though, I actually like. It’s much subtler than Arcadius.

Janvier just makes me think of the month January. But it's a nice thing to think of, I'm thinking about a beautiful historical park in France with very light snow and stuff. Ottaviano is handsome, I love Italian names. I get a very red feel from it for some reason which is weird, more of a scarlet color though. Arkady auto corrected to already and reminds me of arcades, but it's alright.
