I quite like Holly, though not enough to use myself. I dislike your other three choices, so I'll pass on the sibling name.

I have a step-niece named Holly; both her parents are deaf, her father profoundly so, and they chose the name because it was easy for him to lipread and possible for him to say - he hasn't got much speech, didn't get therapy early enough ... Holly's brother is named Fraser, for the same reasons and because it is a family name. Holly isn't.
