Shoshannah
WDYT of Shoshannah? Please no comments about dropping the 'h' from the end, because I like it. ;) **Starfish and coffee, maple syrup and jam/Butterscotch clouds, a tangerine, and a side order of ham**

Love the name! Personally I prefer the spelling Shoshana, always have, as I prefer the simplicity. That said, Shoshannah is just such a beautiful name that I’ve admired for years and years, so either spelling works for me.

If it’s sho-SHAN-ah, I really don’t care for it. I do like Shoshana (sho-SHAH-na), though.

I adore it!!!Shoshannah is SO so so so lovely. I’d definitely use it but it feels strongly Jewish, which I am not.

I want to like it, but to me it sounds a bit like a drunk person saying Susannah.

It's ok

I like it, and if I were (a) a Jew and (b) observant, I'd consider it seriously. As it is, I'd use Susannah or, probably, Suzanne.

The "shosh" part is weird and sounds rather unattractive. I dislike it.

I'm from a Jewish family on my mom's side, but I don't feel like I'm enough Jewish to use this. I feel like you need to be devout or it needs to be, like, a cornerstone of your cultural identity. Otherwise, to me, it would feel like appropriation. Aside from that, I don't like the sound.

I don't like it. Susanna sounds better to me, or Susannah, or Shannah, or Shanna, even Shawna. Possibly even Shawnee.

Love it. This was the name of my brother's rabbi and I always thought it was so pretty.

I sort of like it. Shoshannah sounds joyful and wholesome. It is a mouthful, but it has a musical quality.

It's okay, but a bit of a mouthful of hissing, and if you say it too fast you sound like you're stuttering. It's one of those names that is very heavily associated with Jewish people, but does cross over, though not as much as some other names.

It's kind of like the sound of skipping through a meadow.

Very pretty, even if it's not my preferred spelling *cough cough*. I like Susanna too, but Shoshannah is more fun.
