I prefer Thomasin; Tamsin is also good, Tamsyn is terrible.

TamsinI really like Tamsin. It is fresh, energetic, and would suit someone who is at home in nature.Thomasin is more glaringly associated with Thomas and is crsuty in comparison with Tamsin.

TamsinI think it seems more modern and I can envision it more on a real woman today than Thomasin.

Tamsin / TamsynBoth are good names, but I prefer Tamsin because it sounds cuter and fresher. And I prefer Tamsyn over Tamsin - Tamsyn looks modern with the Y.

Tamsin. If it was an option, I'd go for Thomasina nn Tamsin. Thomasin does nothing for me, and is quite masculine in vibe imo.

Thomas Hardy used Thomasina for the heroine of Return of the Native; her nn was Tamsin. This seems unlikely in the 21st century! So the choice would depend on whether one prefers Tommy or Tammy as a nn. I love Thomas, nn Tom, for a boy, so I wouldn't consider either Thomasin(a) or Tamsin, but if I had to, I'd go for Thomasin for the sake of Tommy. Tamsin had its brief moment of popularity in the 1970s, but not enough to matter: I just don't enjoy Tammy.

Tamsin. I love Thomas but I like Tamsin better og these two because it’s less obvious that it’s “the female form of...”. Also I like the sound of Tamsin better.
