Réjane/Rejana
I find the name Réjane interesting and delicate, also, I like it more than Regina. The Occitan form (Rejana) is also lovely. What do you think of both names?

In theory I want to like it, but in practice I don’t think I can. The Re- part just looks like “regarding”, so Rejane to me is “regarding Jane”. Or like Jana is being repurposed - Rejana. They don’t work in my brain as names, lol.

Beautiful names, though they certainly wouldn't work outside of Francophone areas (particularly Réjane). I've never like Regina, or really any Reg- name at all, but Rejana is quite lovely.

It looks a bit forced and inorganic to me.

How do you pronounce them?

Since it's a French variant, I would assume reh-ZHAH-nah for Rejana, and ray-ZHAN for Réjane.

Réjean is a French-Canadian (male) name that I've seen around a few times, I've always found it interesting. In terms of Regina variants I think Regine is cool. Rejana is neat, and Réjane has a sort of Cajun twang to it that I enjoy. Rae-Jane.
