Is Naro a good villain name?
It's a character for a non-human villain character in a book

Too close to Nero.

Kinda, because it sounds like Nero. But it also sounds a little dumb/funny, like Nardo.

It sounds like a villain name but the similarity to Nero makes it seem a bit expected imo. When you says non-human... do you mean more animal-like or more alienish or something else? Naro feels human to me.
Something that makes it hard for the reader to be 100% on pronunciation helps give off the non-human feel, imo. Like Nraro or Lnaro, etc.
Just a personal opinion.

Please just use your normal posting name, Jelena.
