Re: Lettice
I agree with Amphelise - it's nice, but not on a real child. I grew up watching Tokyo Mew Mew and I found it insanely odd that one of them was literally called Lettuce. We snickered at it. Lettice sounds like a "fancy" way of saying Lettuce and I don't see kids being kind about it.I'm somebody who believes that kids are always going to be picked on for something anyway, and even normal names get picked up. My surname (of which I will not be sharing) and an old friend called Stephanie who used to be name-called Fanny etc If you are in a culture that might be more accepting of a name like Lettice then you could try it, but if you're worried about possible bully-bait, I'd give it a pass Lettie is cute. Sounds like a flapper name---"one particular boogie will move mirror massaging with stirring crepe mixture, positioning loaves while in the furnace then toting items in containers" ~ best Russian daing sites (guest, 198.144.149.xxx) (2020)Formally PrincessZ and Princess Magpie

Lol, yep - kids can always find something to pick on, but a name like Lettice is a glorified "kick me" sign.
