It makes me blink a couple of times to figure out what I'm seeing. Spoken it's lovely but on paper it is confusing. I'm wondering if she was named after a Lillian and an Anette.

My thoughts too. It's pretty but needs to be two separate names Lillian Annette or better yet Lily Annette.
