I think Warrick's fun-medieval in a way that doesn't stand out much, at least not as much as Essex does imv. It's kind of like Osric or Wendell maybe. Or between Kendrick and Warren stylewise - seems much nicer or less stuffy than Warren to me.I would use Warrick over Warwick, unless I wanted the 2nd W pronounced (if I did, that'd make it seem more eccentric).

I pronounce them both the same. I knew a Warrick whose mother wanted no confusion about how to pronounce Warwick! I don't like either, though the boy was pleasant.

I'm not a fan of this name, sorry.

I love this name, I find it really satisfying, pointy and dark. I think it would cause a lot of confusion in terms of pronunciation, but I think it would make a great character name. Or a name for a beautiful horse.

It's a town near where I live with a castle and university. It doesn't sound like a name to me.Nickname War? No. Rick? Maybe.Warwick is a place name but the spelling may (and does) throw people. Warwick Davis is a great actor but I don't think it's a good name.
