When people had a third daughter in the US between the 1980-2000s - because Marie and Nicole were already used The thing is I really really love the name. I'm not typically one for classics or floral in particular but I love, Rose. I love that it's short, beautiful, timeless and unless someone is wildly creative, has one predominant spelling. I think it's a common middle name for the same reason Marie is, it goes with just about everything.
