The names are all fairly basic, but they still seem mismatched to me.
I'd group the boys into these groups, in this order (B is stylistically between A and C):
A: Christopher, William, Peter
B: Henry, Thomas, Spencer
C: Ryan, Max, Steven
And I think Lily would fit best with group A.
