Just found out that Alastair Sim's daughter is called Merlith and I've just submitted it to the database. What do you think?
He had only one child so no interesting sibsets to look at. His wife was called Naomi Merlith Sim (née Plaskitt), where there's another example of the name, but it's not from her mother's maiden name (Norah Frances Plaskitt née Cowie) so I'm unsure where it came from. I also can't find any more use of the name.
