Thinking of naming my daughter either
Lenni Dean

What does it make you think of? Do you like it?
Her sisters name is Millie

Only as a nickname, but then again, her sister has a nickname-for-a-full-name so you're at least being consistent

I think it's good for a nickname but not a full name.
For the full name, depending on how you pronounce these it could be: Lenore, Lenora, Lena, Lienne, Elena, Eleni, Helena, etc.Dean sounds like a boy. Kate is pretty good. I prefer long names though, so I'd want something like Lenora Katherine 'Lenni Kate', but Kate as a full middle name is good too. One of the comments said it was dated but I'm not sure. I think boomers had Kathy (so that's dated) and millenials had Katie (but that doesn't sound dated yet), maybe Kate was more gen x? but to me it just sounds neutral and timeless.
ETA: Lenni wouldn't be my favorite spelling. I'd pick Leni, Lennie, or Lenny. Lenny is a little boyish but if it's a nickname it's fine. As a full name for a girl, Leni or Lennie would be better. Lenni looks more unbalanced to me.

Not really. I prefer something like Lainey or Eleni. Lenni by itself seems too nicknamey and kind of masculine or ambiguous. So for the middle name I would choose Kate because Dean is masculine to me. Millie is cute and Lenni doesn’t quite match in style imo.

Immediately makes me think of Leni Riefenstahl, the Nazi filmmaker. I would probably assume the parents were referencing her, even if spelled Lenni. She was certainly an important influence in the development of modern film but, still. That's a bit of baggage. It's a cute name. Lenni Dean is weirdly appealing. Lenni Kate is sweet.

I’d assume it was a nickname for Leonarda, Leonore, Eleanor, or any other name including the “len “ element.

Since when is it even a name, particularly a female one? If you like it, and I do not, perhaps naming her Helen would make Lenni a possible nickname. Dean is very masculine; what about Deanna? And Kate is becoming dated.

Don't like Lenni at all and with Dean, it is very masculine
